Mirrorless Apparel offers full refund returns within 30 days of placing your order. (If there are delays in the delivery of your order, the return period may be extended)
1. Go to your profile by clicking on the icon in the top right of your screen and log in to your account.
2. After you do this, submit a return following the steps instructed in your profile.
3. After you fill out your return, you should wait for a return shipping label to be sent to your email. This can take 1-3 business days.
4. After you recieve the return label, package up your return and send it on its way back! Once we recieve your return we will refund your purchase!
Important note: free shipping is provided for all returns inside the USA but, unfortunately, we are not offering the same for international orders and international returns will need to provide the shipping method.
Mirrorless Apparel orders are fulfilled and then shipped to anywhere in the United States in an average 7-10 days for clothing and around 2 weeks for shoes.
I am a 19 y/o college student running this brand from my dorm room and so the shipping times can vary. Please have patience with me as I do my best to get you your orders as soon as I can.
