Common questions
Scroll to the bottom of the website and click on the link"Track Your Order"and put in your order information.
1. Go to your profile by clicking on the icon in the top right of your screen and log in to your account.
2. After you do this, submit a return following the steps instructed in your profile.
3. After you fill out your return, you should wait for a return shipping label to be sent to your email. This can take 1-3 business days.
4. After you recieve the return label, package up your return and send it on its way back! Once we recieve your return we will refund your purchase!
Important note: free shipping is provided for all returns inside the USA but, unfortunately, we are not offering the same for international orders and international returns will need to provide the shipping method.
We try to release a number of new footwear products every year paired with clothing products as well. If you are looking for more frequent updates, you can follow us on socials and sign up for emails!
Most Psalm 23 orders ship within 3-5 working days and arrive around 2 weeks from when the order is placed. Clothing takes <2 working days to ship and domestic orders will mostly be delivered within 7 working days. We apologize for any shipping delays.
